Prior to joining CoSpace Technology Limited, Xiaolin served as Executive Director of Culturecom Holdings Limited (HKEX 0343) and Executive Director of China Bio Cassava Holdings Limited (HKEX 8129) from 2000 to 2015. Prior to this, Xiaolin worked in the Finance Department of Hong Kong China Merchants Group and served as the general manager of the Finance Department of China Merchants Shipping Group and Minghua Shipping Group.

Xiaolin holds a BA in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University.
