Before his tenure at CoSpace Technology Limited, Andy embarked on his professional journey with New World Telephone Limited (NWT). He distinguished himself as a committee member of the Mobile Number Portability project, spearheaded by the Office of the Communications Authority in 1998. With a career spanning over 25 years, Andy’s expertise encompasses project management, commercial operations, finance, legal affairs, and corporate functions.

In addition to his professional commitments, Andy is deeply involved in public service. He currently serves as the volunteer Research and Development Director for the Hong Kong Diabetes Health Association. This non-governmental organization, registered in Hong Kong, is dedicated to providing complimentary medication and consultation services to patients with Type II diabetes.

Andy is an alumnus of Middlesex University, where he earned a Master’s degree in Financial Management. Further enhancing his credentials, he is also a Certified Management Accountant.
